He bought a HardwareID Reset for 2k dollars on the old payment page, while Tom upgraded to the new system under the "Members Area" link^^

I think on sites where they're old payments/ payments the admin wants to make with you personally. It defaults to 2k dollars.

Your payment was refunded on the same day. The money is no longer in my account so I cant help you, contact paypal if you have issues.
