I bought a 3 month dayz subscription now site unsubscribed me

I have bought a 3 month dayz subscription on 09/30/2012 I should still have time on my subscription but after the site update this is my first time logging on and it is telling me that I don't have a subscription is there anyone I can talk to to sort this out?

Your recurring sub was cancelled but the sub you have already paid for is still active.
