If so,there is written for the first month 20$ and 15$ for the other
Can I buy a 15 if bought cheat a year ago?
And now the insurance is purchased separately?

As far as I know, the insurance has always been a separate purchase and the Battlefield option has always been a package.

You can only have a $15 fee if you purchased this package once and "stayed" on it. If you buy it, stay 3 months, then cancel it, next time you'll purchase it, the first month will be at $20 again.
