firewall problem

Hi TM team cheat, I just purchased the software TMStreamer, and I have a major concern so that I do not yet take into account. When I run the program, I right click run as administrator, but I mark a message "Unable To To connect site. Please Make on your firewall is not blocking the connection and Try again" So I disabled all but firewall, I allow everything but the message still appears. Please help me. Just delete it remove you entire folder and re dl it its what i did and i stopped getting it
