OK, i was searching for the Hardware ID reset feature... bcuz i didnt know what it is... and some plp (Mods) said on forum... that you need a Static IP Address to run some cheats...

only thing that should matter is that your connected to the internet to use the hack ;)

OK, here is the official answer. The use of Static IP is no longer required to use the streamer and cheats. You're good to go.
