Can not write into chat box

I can not write into chat box. I have 'message' box, but it's not active - just like a picture. I use origin, but same is with IE (9.0.8112.16421 version). Does it mean, that I'm banned from chat box or I miss something ...

I found a way around this. Enter a server, then type something into chat before starting up the hack.
