Not to cockblock or anything but this is a risky business since valve/steam will always let the original owner of an account retrieve it even after you have changed the security questions and all the other info such as email and even activated SteamGuard.

I only know this because I learned the hard way a couple weeks ago. I had purchased am account several months ago and was using it to validate Arma2 when needed and last time I tried to log on it had been returned to the kid I bought it from.

I am not suggesting the seller here would do that, but just feel it is important to know what you are getting into. I had no idea myself that it would be so easy. Valve never even contacted me to ask if I had any objections.
