War Z Hack Question

I read the description about the War Z hack but I don't know if I missed it but does the War Z hack have the instant hit (no bullet drop) hack on it? Sorry if it was in the description but I read it few time I did not see it. And if it does, which level of War Z hack does instant hit come with?

Level 1 included everything mentioned in the list except Noclip,speedhack,climb mode and super jump

Noclip,speedhack,climb mode and super jump options, are easy to be detected by anticheater?or its safe too? Cause some guys say to buy level 1, cause its safer...it is true?

Those features have been safe for the past 2 months, other sites just lie because they are incapable of making these hacks themselves.
