Sub has gone missing

Hi, purchased a sub on the 18th of Oct (transaction 1NW69462MY788004Y) which runs for three months and it's missing from my account, it happened a few weeks ago (possibly a month) but I was still able to get into the loader so didn't worry about it.

Today, when I went to activate the dayz script bypass it appears to have reset it so now I can't access anything at all, as there's no sub listed or payment info.

I purchased another sub today, if you could add on the time from my previous one (3 months from 18th of October) to this one I would appreciate it.
