I'm confused

I don't wish to bother the lounge with this question, but I need some help with this. I recently found out my WarZ level 1 hacks expired and when The recurring payments retracted My 15$ from My Paypal. Then I try to log in to the hacks and It says i have insufficient privileges. I'm unable to access the WarZ forums to see if There is a solution. Does anyone know what i should do next?
