Compensation for down time

Hi,

My sub ended today (just noticed) from WarZ.
I tried to renew but since I already canceled the sub from paypal it is no longer with the discount (30 first month 20 second month, WarZ level 2).

First: Can you add the compensation for the downtime of TMc
Second: How can I renew manually for 20 USD (My mom owns the paypal account and even though I'm allowed to use the money, she canceled the sub)

I already bought a new lvl 2 hack for the full price and send Tom an pm with the details.
I want the 10 usd back that I have paid "extra" now for the 2nd month.
