No Access

Hi there,

Just over a month ago I purchased the WarZ cheat and have enjoyed it :) however yesterday I noticed my instant renew payment go from my papal account for $20 and then I lost my access to the cheat, can this be looked at as to why I have lost access? I filled in the contact form about this but no one has gotten back to me but I know you guys are busy :)

I have since stopped my auto re-new as I'd like to do this manually but the $20 for this month has been taken so any help as to why I dont have access :)
