I Paid but still not working : "Insufficient privileges"

Hi Tom,

I have a big probleme.
I was charged by paypal because I took a recurring subscription and I do not have access to the stream and the forum.
I can't see any post and I can't post at all.
When I launch the streamer I have this message : "Insufficient privileges"
What's going on ?
I have a screenshot of paypal to show you that I have been debited if you need it.
This is the transaction paypal number : N°5B41794142327192M
and the Bill number of reccurent payment : H6NVY-ccd0ae
