Edit: I am trying to repurchase because I dont think the previous problem can be resolved. I try to buy 1 month (non-recurring) and I get this no matter how I pay (Bank Instant transfer, credit card etc.)

Does anybody know where I can buy a PaySafeCard online? thats the only way I can think to fix this unless tom answers my pms and helps out. But I understand he is a busy man.
