Cant Buy DayZ Hack??

Hello i want to buy the DayZ Hack, i will pay with PaySafeCard but they say always that their is something wrong... pls check your Code or Passwort!

I have no Passwort on the PaySafeCard, and the Code was correct what is wrong their?
