Help purchasing subscription

I am trying to purchase Dayz hacks but evertime I try to purchase it no matter the method (Credit card, Instant bank transfer) I get this

I tried both recurring and non recurring subscription. Is there anyway to get past this or pay for these hacks a different way (other than paysafecard)

I am not buy a recurring option, I have tried to see if it would work (without paypal express) and it still gives me this. I have multiple CC's on the account that have well over $10 I tried with multiple cards and it doesnt work (non-recurring)
