Question before purchasing

I was curious about the hack launcher, because I previously tried another website, not going to advertise the site name on here, but their launcher did not work for me. It worked for my friend, and he was using windows 7, I have windows 8.

I was wondering what files,programs are needed to be able to use the hack, usually there's 'required' software.
