Paypal + link credit card for buy a cheat..

Hi, there is 6 month, i have buy a cheat (DayZ) with paypal, and paypal did not ask a credit card with my paypal..

Today, i try to re-buy a cheat (DayZ) , but paypal request a credit card link at my account, i don't have credit card and i need the streamer :(

What can i do ? (Sorry for my bad english, i'm french)
