It's easy to mod/add items in global inventory, with cheat-engine or another tools for mod memory. But is fake items.

So, be careful.

So, be careful.

Cheat Engine method is patched. You're kicked and lose the items when you login with them.

Just a warning, there's a fake dupe going around involving no clipping into water and shooting another player. Thankfully only lost $10 finding this out :)
