it says u can only buy the bf3 hack with credit card on paypal or paysafe card?

normally u can buy it without credit card, just with bank transfer.

CAN someone HELP me? I have enough on my paypal account

Paypal does not need a CC backup if you don't take the recurring option. PaySafeCard is not fully implemented yet.

it doesnt work, someone put a system on that u can only pay with paysafecard and credit card.

i get this when i try to pay with my existing paypal account where my money on is
