Hey i want to buy the Dayz Hack of TM Cheats and i have 25$ on my paypal account but it stilll want a credit card payment

How can i get the hack wihtout a Paypal account with credit card payment?

Look at the PP Website for instructions. Otherwise you have to use the credit card method ;(

I have the same problem. It seems to be a recipient caused issue. Please activate the option to pay by direct debit.

You may be selecting a recurring option and Paypal requires a CC backup for that. Try choosing a non-recurring subscription.
