want to re-subscribe but paypal is my issue

So i want to subscribe to the dayz hacks and i used to be able to purchase them as guest on paypal but now i cant do that anymore and unfortunantly i cant remember the email i used to link my card to paypal.

Are there any alternative methods i could use or am i stuck with my current situation.
