The TMLifetime package is valid for as long as TMCheats exists.
The end date is 2nd January.
If you have the insurance you will get a free cdkey if you get banned, the keys are handed out as soon as possible, however if there was a large ban wave they can take up to a month.

No, you cant buy the insurance after you are banned, that's the whole point of an insurance.

Atm it doesnt support OS reinstalls, so you will have to ask for a reset.

Yes, all cheats have an ingame menu and work on most operating systems. Battlefield BC2 and BF3 cheats do not support XP.
