The item will kick everyone from server and game when dropped in an 150 radius and no one else can enter that area without game crashing for 5 minutes , if you are carrying it on you during pvp if you get killed no one can grab your loot for at least 5 minutes , post offers- item can also be put into your gi to unlock a character model

This item usually can be created using cheat engine and nail gun ammo.
Simple change the item's ID to character's ID and carry this item. Know bug. :)

Also, sometimes it creates when you transfer items to GI using TMStreamer.

crazy i just traded for some and had no idea where they came from. is the cheat engine safe to use at all or is it pretty sketchy?

Been using with my hack account's.. Got banned few times, but not sure coz of Cheat Engine or Crazy aimbot.. :D

Cheat Engine is detected by punkbuster.

It's detected only when you are on server, to create this you need to be on player menu.

TMC Global Inventory is using exact same functions as cheat engine, to transfer items from any location.
