Battlefield 3 fraps etc. video cleaner

Hi, on the futures site of the bf3 cheat i saw the text that say that the Video cleaner is down am i right ? Please :( I just want to buy the cheat because of that. And i have second question. If it is up. So can i use it with the Xsplit and stream without cheat visible on audiens screen?

When the Video Cleaner is back up, Yes you can use XSplit and Fraps and your audience ill only see you, no hacks, no ESP, no nothing. :)
