question about the monthly charge

I choose the option where you pay 15$ for your first month, but 10$ for ever month after that. My question is, does it automatically charge or no it doesn't? And if it does charge, how do you cancel it? Thank you ahead of time.

It will automatically charge your Paypal account's primary Credit card.
If it fails you will receive an email that the payment failed.

yes, paypal will try to charge your credit card when the payment supposed to occur.
If it fails you will be notified by them, that your bank account doesn't have enough funds to pay the subscription.
