i want cheat but the launcher TMStreamer doesnt connected .. my fireawall is disable , DEP is disable , UAC is disable .. i dont know for what !

Open Internet Explorer and press alt. Goto files and untick "Work Offline", if it's already ticked, tick and untick it.
