Doesn't look like you are banned to me...

You had an issue with the hack not loading, if you had followed the tutorial on how to start the hack ( http://www.tmcheats.com/forums/f17/%5Bhowto%5D-tm-streamer-10/ ) you would have resolved it by now. Creating a dispute in paypal will automatically remove your subscription.
