Dayz Standalone Cheats Question?

I have a question I know hacking is a risk and regardless I'm going to buy it but I have a question how easy is it to get banned from valves dayz standalone? If I only use ESP and don't make it look obv (close hacker) would I be banned right away or what? Sorry I never used hacks on steam before.

not sure but ive been told VAC isnt really enabled so you c ant get banned atm

Dean just said it's enabled to scare some guys, but if you take a look around the interwebz you will figure out it isnt really activated. So.. buy it and own some guys :P
