For what reason do you need to connect a credit card to your paypal account? Since it's this way I can't buy the I:SS hack. I've bought hacks from outer sites before and this problem have never appeared!

It doesn't have to be a credit card, you could also add a debit card , it's their method of payment...not all places take directly from PayPal, usually this is how it's done
