BF3: Red Mark left corner

I discovered again today BF3 playing red mark on my screen. It's in left upper corner & it looks like wrench. It disappears sometimes. It's there even if I play w.o. hack. Does anybody have some info what the hell is it?
I did google this thing but nothing smart so far.
