By purchasing an account code over an account you can be guaranteed that the account will be yours
as the account has not been activated yet. This also means you can set it up to your own email address or an email of your choice.

The Rules:
1) PayPal is the only payment method I will accept
2) You must pay first before I send the accounts
3) You must select "Friends or Family" when you send the money
4) You agree not to scam or charge-back. If this is the action you perform I will fill out a scam report to PayPal and get the money
returned to me, you will also be reported to TMCheats and most likely be blacklisted from the Market Place
5) You agree that you will pay the fee to send the money to my account
6) Due to the fact that all the accounts are fresh and are unused there are no refunds under any circumstances
