Put the player in your Hit List, then enable the Hit List Only filter (in the Main tab) and Masskill.

can you do that for MW3 or not?

You can do this with all our cheats.

umm.... i cant find anything in the MW3 hack that says masskill

Masskill is only available in BF3 not in MW3 atm but if you enable Teleport All + Aimbot you will pretty much masskill the whole team.
