Buying Warinc VIP!

Hey guys,
i want to buy warinc hack but it cost in my currency about 11-12€ so can i buy a 10€ psc and send to a GM and then i get the VIP or i must to buy a 20€ psc because here in germany dont exist 5€ or 15€ psc.

We do not accept paysafecards or any other form of manual payment, anyway if you use a 20euro psc then the remaining amount will still be on your card. This is a pre sale question not an account issue.
