No it wont. Just one month subscription then its done charging unless you wish to repurchase :)

Subscription here means:
you chose 1 month, you get it one month
You chose 3 months, you get 3 months
You chose 6 months, you get 6 months

It doesn't renew automaticly

It depends on which payment option you select. You can choose a recurring payment (the one with a * sign next to it) or a normal one.

Also you can check your PayPal so there are no recurring Subscriptions
