Can't Purchase Issue

Hi, I cannot purchase at the moment. The PayPal checkout is not working. It is requiring me to add a bank account. Can somebody contact me to send the money directly to a PayPal account and have me activated?

You can use a regular Credit Card on PayPal and it is working i Just used it
