So im trying to check out with paypal, but it keeps saying i need to have the funds already in my account. Which I don't I always pay through debit/Visa.

So how exactly can I purchase this then ?

They require you to either Pay with a card or a bank account. I'm assuming so the it cannot be charged back as easily.
