Subscribed threads

Hey people,

Any idea how i can turn off subscribed threads? as soon as i reply to a topic im getting tons of emails of new replies made by people.
In the settings i couldn't find a setting like this.

when you start a thread if you scroll down there is a option there to either subscribe or not to if you are replying to a thread you have to click advance and un tick the box if you dont want to be subcribed to the thread
