you have to be a vip first. buy the hack for mw3 before you can use them.

our hacks are for PC windows only.

i have my hacks on my usb drive, and i am trying to promote myself on mw3 i have already done this but we i plug my usb device in im still prestige 2. i was told i have to wait till the latest firmware comes out then it'll work.. do you get what im saying?
