I've tried contacting Tom directly(through PM) but no answer after quite some time.

The lifetime subscription cost is $250 and it includes all cheats (current and future),
you will have to send the payment to this paypal account: payments@tmcheats.com. The payment MUST be sent as "payment owed" as shown in this

Once that's done post the transaction ID in the post.

Failure to send as "Payment Owed" will result in a longer activation as it will be returned to you until you comply with that request until it is made.

Also You are not a subscriber why do you want lifetime before you even try it?
