Improper subscription renewal

my signature H1Z1 was renewed without my permission , I would cancel future renewals how to do?

by canceling it before the end date, or usually by going into paypal and canceling subscription, then it should just not run out. wait for moderator or admins confirmation cus you don't want to lose the access you have just paid for.
