Hey so i was wondering i got banned on H1Z1 ALONGGG time ago and if i buy a new copy of h1z1 and a brand new steam will i still be banned? please help ASAP thanks :)

What "Rage" features are left? Instant Hit and Instant Kill? Whats the setting to let me kill people with a bow through walls / or just instant headshot them? Instant hit was very broken for me, It wouldnt hit anything unless I set it to stomach.
