Cannot pay with PayPal (even though I have it)

hey guys, i sonmehow need a credit card veryfied with paypal if i want to buy your hacks
would there be a way to change this or maybe pay somehow else??

i have paypal and its veryfied with my bank, but it wants me to verify a credit card, which i dont have....

I'm not sure but try to select subscription without '*'(recurring subscription)

Choose a non-recurring option on the price list (one that doesnt have * next to it)
