login issues

When I launch the launcher half the times it crashes and they other half it says "login error!". I thought this was because my subscription ended, after I bought another month for h1z1 i tried again and unexpectedly it didn't work again. I don't want my payment to go to waste please tell me how to fix this.

Redownload the streamer and reset your HWID. If this doesn't help reset your password in the forum and try it again.
