Banned long time ago

Hi,

i used to play H1Z1 with TM cheats and thanks to the hardware ID spoofer, my computer never was banned, only my H1Z1 account was banned. Unfortunately, I used the TM cheats with my official steam account. Few days ago, I learnt that it is now possible to completely delete a game from your steam account. So I would like to know, if I delete my H1Z1 game from my steam account and buy a new H1Z1 key for this steam account, will it work or my steam account is definitely banned ?

I think the steam account is banned also, I wouldn't test it if you only have one copy of the game.
