Alternative payment option

Alright. So I recently got put at a new duty station. Outside of the US. (South Korea to be exact) So paypal is fucking me over big time. I was really interested in buying the War Z hack but my paypal's security system has stopped me from logging in altogether and due to the time difference it's extremely hard for me to contact them. I was wondering if there is any way I could pay with my debit/credit card directly?

If its not conected to your paypal account then you can still pay using paypal just dont log in.

If its not connected to your PayPal account then you can still pay using PayPal just don't log in.
It is connected to my PayPal. When I contacted them they told me to remove the card from the account and make a south Korean PayPal then put the card on it but it seems PayPal's automated security system has blocked me out of my account altogether. Is there absolutely any way you could accept my debit card directly?
