Honestly, dont feel like listing all of the options for each cheat, (Lazy) but you can simply check that yourself in the available cheats section. To answer your question, the difference is no-clip for lvl 2 an no no-clip for lvl 1. Tom justified the price increase of 15 dollars by stating that too many no-clippers would just be plain wrong. I absolutely agree.
