Paid for trial but cant use the program

This happened a couple of days ago. Usually I had no issues before hand, as I prefer to pay-to-use instead of monthly subscriptions. However this time, I can not even connect using the program. It says Connection Failure. No, I have no firewall, not blocking the pgoram from anything. Sent twitter mentions to TMCheats but to no avail, hopefully there's more support here. Cheers! Shame if it wouldnt work coz i really enjoy the hacks provided here. :D
