Actually, he's right. This is just a re-named source of the same nature. Originally it came from Kanavel years ago about a year after COD4 came out. And it's not D3D lol. Only the chams.

Engine. You can hook the frame rendering functions in the game, such as RE_RenderScene, CG_StereoFrame, SCR_DrawScreenField, etc, and draw text and shaders exactly like the game does. D3D is not your only option dumbass.
