Subscription Change Request

Hello, I recently got banned from WarZ due to the hacker bait right after the update But im not here to rant for a refund but to ask for a subscription transfer. I bought the WarZ hack level 2 on i believe the 11th or somewhere around there and I figured it would be worth a shot to ask if any member of staff could switch it over to the planetside 2 level 2 hack for the remainder of my month since they are equal of value. i would even swich over to the Counter strike hack that is of lesser value. I just want to get my moneys worth and get a hack that i can use.
